PROJECT OVERVIEW

Loft conversion for a return client who needed extra space when there wasn’t room for an extension. Many loft companies had said a loft conversion wouldn’t be possible due to the head height, however we introduced the client to an architect and engineer and facilitated a number of site meetings to discuss the options.

The goal was to find a way to complete the loft conversion, to the legal requirements for a habitable room. With some clever engineering and a detail focused build, we were able to achieve 2.03m floor to ceiling height throughout, giving a spacious feel to the bedroom, bathroom and landing.
