Home refurbishment for a return client. Removal of two conservatories and existing utility, removal of two chimneys and several internal walls. Erection of rear extension following the same footprint.

New roof structure with single ply membrane, installation of steel work, electrics and plumbing. Fitted kitchen (through Howdens). All decoration and second fix carpentry.
